Refund Policy

 

Refund Policy: If the product is visibly damaged, please contact me within three days of receiving your package! I will issue a full refund and replacement of the respective item. 

 

Turn Around Times (TAT) 

Normal TAT: Our typical TAT, unless stated otherwise, is 15-21 business days. Almost all of my products are made to order, special for you! Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for shipping. Remember that if you are local, pick-up is also an option!

Pre-Order TAT: Our typical TAT for a pre-order is 3-4 weeks. If the item is a pre-order, it will specifically be stated in the item description and will be advertised as such. Remember that shipping is an additional 1-3 business days, unless you are picking up your product(s). 

Rush TAT: A 'Rush my Order' option is available in our 'Clothing' collection. This will be an additional $10 fee. Rush TAT typically has a 1-3 business day TAT. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for shipping, unless you plan on picking your product(s) up. 

Ready to Ship (TAT): Ready to ship items will ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Please allow a additional 1-3 business days for shipping, unless you are picking up your product(s).
